McKinsey Global Institute has recently released its new report around “Internet matters: The Net’s sweeping impact on growth, jobs, and prosperity“.
Lots of data around why and how much is the impact of internet on global economy and among the various findings, one of the interesting insight is that, United States, even after being the largets player in the global Internet supply ecosystem, capturing more than 30 % of global Internet revenues and more than 40% of net income, has only 3.2% influence in its GDP.
